Price Increase (Effective June 15, 2025)

After carefully analyzing material and operating costs, we have decided to raise our rates for pet services to ensure that we can continue to provide the quality of care you have come to know and trust. We have made every effort to ensure this price increase is kept to a minimum.

Thank you for your continued support through this change, we are honored to care for your beloved pets while you are away.

Deposits

We require a $130.00 boarding deposit on all reservations.
Deposits will be refundable up to 72 hours prior to the boarding reservation date.
We accept all major credit cards AMX, Visa, and MasterCard.

We only board healthy, fully vaccinated pets

Please have your vaccine records up to date and recorded prior to your pet's stay to avoid cancelation of your appointment.

Please report any pet health issues to our staff such as lumps, sprains, scratches...ect.

Cat Boarding Accomodations

$38 per day, regardless of size.

Our cat boarding accommodations are designed to ensure your feline companion feels comfortable and cared for throughout their stay. Each cat is provided with a private, comfortable cat condo, complete with feeding bowls and litter pans for convenience.

Types of Cat Condos

Up & Down Cat Condos — Measuring 24" wide × 36" deep × 48" high, these condos feature built-in perches to encourage climbing and activity. We also hang little hammocks for your cat to play or nap in. These condos are ideal for social cats who enjoy a larger perspective of their surroundings.
Side-by-Side Cat Condos — With dimensions of 48" wide × 30" deep × 24" high, these condos offer a spacious horizontal layout, perfect for cats who love to stretch out. Each unit includes a three-sided box that serves as a perch or cozy hideaway, providing comfort for all cats. Shy or nervous cats will find plenty of spots to snuggle into until they're ready to explore.

For the safety and comfort of all our feline guests, we do not board multiple cats in the same condo.

**Cats requiring medications cannot board with us. We recommend speaking with your veterinarian to find the best boarding options for kitties who need medication support.

Food

Please bring your cat’s food in large zip‑top bags. Because our storage space is limited, we ask that you leave large food tubs at home. We have refrigerators and freezers available to keep food fresh. Glass containers are prohibited.

Your cat will be fed according to your schedule and instructions, and pets can be fed up to three times per day. Make note of the brand and flavor of food that your pet eats at home so that we can ensure the health and wellbeing of other pets with food allergies. We will ask you this information at check in.

We recommend packing an extra serving or two in case your pet’s stay is unexpectedly extended.

Note: We do not administer cat medications or board cats with disabilities.

Disclosure

Charges are incurred for the first day of boarding, regardless of what time you drop off your pet. If your pet is groomed, bathed or checked out before noon, the last day of the stay is free.
